This morning, after the kids cleaned the basement we went down stairs and did it. Holy COW!! I may never move again. My kids (who sat watching from the bench) gave me two thumbs up for trying except for Jake. One thumb- at least he's honest. When he mentioned how much higher they were jumping, I told him they had never given birth to six children so it didn't matter. And I kept going to the end.
My "endure to end prize?" a smoothie Dave made from orange juice, clementines, strawberries, banana and ice. Dave wanted to add egg whites but I was too afraid. YUM. Hope you gals are doing well.
I am convinced the secret to making it through Plyo is doing it with someone else...whether your kids or a workout partner. I've done it several times and never made it all the way through...I'm a wimp...but there's nothing like someone watching to motivate you (even if it is your kids telling you how high you're NOT jumping!). My goal for week two is to make it all the way through Plyo...my legs hurt just thinking about it!
